CMS Final Decision Memo for CPAP Therapy for OSA

On March 13, 2008, The Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) published its final rule for National Coverage Determination (NCD) policy 240.4 “Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) Therapy for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).” The rule addresses several areas regarding the coverage for CPAP in the diagnosis and treatment for OSA.
