POLYSOMNOGRAPHY TECH II
Positions rotates between Burr Ridge & Maywood (Main Campus) Locations

Loyola University Health System is currently seeking Polysomnography Techs to perform comprehensive polysomnographic testing, PSG data analysis, and associated interventions under the general oversight of the Registered PSG Technologist (RPSGT by BRPT), PSG Tech III, Chief PSG Technologist, Laboratory Manager, Sleep Specialist (MD), and Medical Director (MD) of the Center for Sleep Disorders.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Performs overnight PSG studies according to standards of the Laboratory including Baseline, Split-night, CPAP/BiPAP/O2 Treatment, Temporal,Peds and Trache Montages.
  • Performs PSG/MSLT scoring procedure.
  • Performs MSLT/MWT procedures.
  • Assists with sleep laboratory inventory.
  • Performs diagnostic equipment maintenance
RequirementsMinimum Education:
  • Required: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education

Minimum Experience:
  • Required: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience

Licensure/Certifications:
  • Required: CPR - Basic Life Support
