The American Association of Sleep Technologists (AAST) provides sleep professionals with a variety of educational opportunities to enhance their understanding of polysomnography and to provide continuing education credits.


The AAST has been hosting the premier annual meeting for sleep technologists and allied healthcare professionals for over thirty years. This year, the 31st Annual Meeting of the American Association of Sleep Technologists will be hosted at the Sheraton Seattle in Seattle, Washington on June 7-10, 2009. Annual Meeting


Advances in Sleep Technology: Sleep and Breathing - This two-day course focuses on the current state of polysomnography with a special emphasis on respiratory monitoring and the treatment of sleep related breathing disorders with CPAP. The course will outline the standards for monitoring respiration during sleep. Educational Courses
