Sleep Lab Manager

The Manager Sleep Lab must be a self-motivated, independent thinker. In this role, you would direct the day to day operations of the Sleep Laboratory under the Lab Director’s supervision. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to personnel management, recruiting, staff resource management and compensation. Manager will assist in short and long term planning process for the Laboratory in addition to representing the Laboratory at multidisciplinary meetings.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to polysomnography or business and a New Jersey licensure to practice as a Polysomnography Technologist or a Respiratory Therapist. Minimum of four years of prior management or leadership experience and two years of pediatric experience required. Ideal candidate would have a Master’s degree. Excellent communication skills, leadership ability and judgment required.
