Better Sunrise, an innovative sleep lab in Chicago, is seeking a part time RPSGT to monitor and score polysomnography studies. Our testing process allows for patients to sleep at home in their own bed. Our patients love the option of being tested at home, and often are more comfortable than in a hospital or freestanding lab.
As a monitoring tech, your work is done from the lab. Should we need to intervene during the study, the field setup tech is on call to go to the patient bedside. The successful candidate must be Registered, and have 1 year experience performing and scoring diagnostic and titration studies. RPSGT certification is required.
Work schedule is one to two nights per week to start. We offer competitive compensation and a very positive work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing diagnostic PSG and PAP titration studies
- Scoring of studies
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BRPT Certification (RPSGT) required
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year experience performing and scoring sleep studies
- Excellent communication skills
