Frequently asked questions pertaining to your Member Portal.
How do I renew or pay for my membership?
If you already have a member or guest account, log in and navigate to your account profile. In your profile tab click on the ellipsis. A drop-down menu will appear, if you would like to renew your membership, click Renew. If you have an expired membership click Add Individual Membership to rejoin.
How do I update my account information? To update your account, in My Profile, click the pencil icon and enter the appropriate information.
How do I update my password? To update your password, in My Profile within the Profile tab, click the ellipsis, and select Change Password, then follow the subsequent steps.
How do I view my member identifier? In My Profile, next to User ID is your member number. If you were a member prior to 6/27/2017, your member ID did not change. New members joining after 6/27/2017 have received a new ID.
How do I get to the CEC Portal, the Learning Center, or view the current "A2Zzz"? Log into your account and you will be redirected to your profile. To visit My CEC Portal, My Learning Center, CEC Calendar, and My A2Zzz from My Profile, locate Additional Options on the right side of the screen and click the appropriate link.
How do I view my membership history? In My Profile, in the Profile tab you can view your membership type and expiration date. For further details, click the Membership tab.
How do I view previous membership transactions? In My Profile, click the Transactions tab to view paid and unpaid invoices.
