Join us at the AAST's 38th Annual Meeting to get a documentation guide for sleep technologists

On Sunday June 12, William Beauchamp, RRT, RPSGT, RST, will present on proper documentation procedures for sleep technologists.

Mr. Beauchamp is a RPSGT and RRT with over 20 years of experience in respiratory care and sleep. He is currently the coordinator at Tampa General Hospital Sleep Disorders Program which has earned both AASM accreditation and Joint Commission Disease Specific accreditation under his leadership. Mr. Beauchamp has written many publications and participated in several sleep research projects. He regularly speaks at both professional and community sleep events.

Here is what William will present during Sunday's advanced track session on June 12 from 1pm - 2pm

  1. Identify, define and discuss current industry documentation standards.
  2. Discuss effective documentation to ensure patient safety.
  3. Identify, define and discuss liability risk associated with documentation.
  4. Discuss future documentation requirements.
