The AAST is teaming up with the Southern Sleep Society to host the 2017 Technologist Course, a one-day event for allied health professionals seeking insight to help them advance their skill set.
Join us on March 23rd, 2017 for a valuable, eight hour course titled "Merging Strengths at the Crossroads in Sleep Technology."
The course will cover several core competencies for sleep technologists, including patient education, setting up thriving polysomnography programs, methods for successful in-center sleep study authorizations, and more.
This course has been designed to meet the following overall objectives:
- Define current educational issues, trends and models
- Identify links to grow sleep education programs
- Evaluate innovative tools for successful sleep center growth
- Describe methods to leverage knowledge through collaboration
