Get to know Rita, Director of Diagnostic Services at Capital Health in Trenton, NJ

Rita has been involved in sleep technologist education and advocacy for over 25 years.  She currently serves as AAST Immediate Past President and as a member of the AASM Scoring Manual Editorial Board.  She has previously served on the AASM DME Accreditation Task Force and the ABSM Board of Executive Directors.

Rita Is a Co-Editor of the Fundamentals of Sleep Technology, 2nd Edition textbook and the Fundamentals of Sleep Technology Workbook and is actively involved in providing sleep technologist learning tools and education for the AAST.  She is actively involved in sleep technologist education and has developed CAAHEP accredited Sleep Technology Associate and certificate programs for Thomas Edison State University and operates a clinical course site for these programs.
