Evaluation of at Patient with Down's Syndrome
A young adult patient with Down’s syndrome (Trisomy 21) comes to the sleep center for re-evaluation. Risk factors for OSA in patients with this syndrome are discussed. The recording has minimal respiratory events and provides an opportunity to discussing scoring of hypopnea and RERA. Treatment options for patients with Down’s syndrome and OSA are discussed.
