A2Zzz is published quarterly and is the official publication of AAST. A2Zzz began in 1978 as Sleepwatchers before changing names to The Journal of Polysomnographic Technology and then to A2Zzz. The publication presents educational information for the professional development of sleep technologists and sleep technicians who assist in the evaluation and follow-up care of patients with sleep disorders.
AAST members receive a complimentary online subscription to A2Zzz and as a benefit of membership. A2Zzz is an online-only publication.

AAST Members can read A2Zzz to earn continuing education credits (CECs) that are required for recertification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists. To earn credit carefully read four of the designated CEC articles and claim your credits online. You must go online to claim your credits by the deadline stated in each issue of A2Zzz.
